The workshop was conducted by trainer Nasser Mattar, director- general of Nafs and was arranged by Independent Commission for Citizen\u2019s Rights. The workshop included a series of theoretical and practical activities about psycho- social pressure and working under stress. Additionally, the workshop included activities to help participants transfer negative energy into positive attitude and apply alternative tools to violence. All participants illustrated high commitment to social responsibility and interacted actively with the workshop in addition to expressing high understanding of the rights concepts and the role of law in protecting people.
