Through simple interactive tools such as introductory activities, games, and photo analysis, participants were given the opportunity to freely express their emotions and engage in healthy emotional release within a supportive environment.<\/p>\n<p>Adolescents demonstrated a notable level of emotional awareness and maturity in dialogue, with a clear ability to transition from playful interaction to meaningful discussion while respecting diverse perspectives.
