They joined the psychosocial support sessions organized by <strong data-start=\"1934\" data-end=\"1959\">NAFAS for Empowerment<\/strong>, where the gatherings became more than meetings; they became <strong data-start=\"2021\" data-end=\"2041\">a journey inward<\/strong>, filled with deep breathing, emotional release, and meaningful reflection.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"2118\" data-end=\"2458\">Through interactive and expressive activities such as \u201cLife Line\u201d and \u201cThe Language of Images,\u201d participants explored their personal journeys and reconnected with sources of inner strength they may have forgotten. Each activity offered a new lens\u2014a reminder that resilience has always been there, waiting for a safe environment to reappear.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"2460\" data-end=\"2833\">The voices of these women carried pain, confusion, and memories shaped by difficult circumstances. Yet, within this safe and warm space, these emotions transformed into <strong data-start=\"2629\" data-end=\"2668\">solidarity, relief, and empowerment<\/strong>.<br data-start=\"2669\" data-end=\"2672\" \/>Every woman walked away feeling seen and supported, reassured that she is <strong data-start=\"2746\" data-end=\"2759\">not alone<\/strong>, and that a community stands around her, offering understanding and hope.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"2835\" data-end=\"3236\">At <em data-start=\"2838\" data-end=\"2861\">NAFAS for Empowerment<\/em>, we believe these sessions are more than therapeutic interventions.
