The workshop was led by trainer Mr. Nasser Abu Matar and included a variety of theoretical and practical activities focused on understanding psychological stress, strategies to cope with and manage it, building self-resilience, enhancing human communication, reducing violence, and strengthening capacities to face various crises.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"498\" data-end=\"786\">All participants expressed their appreciation to the organizers of the workshop\u2014the School Performance and Control Department, the Guidance Department, and <strong data-start=\"654\" data-end=\"679\">Nafas for Empowerment<\/strong>\u2014for their collaborative role with the Directorate of Education in promoting mental health among educators.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"788\" data-end=\"1151\" data-is-last-node=\"\" data-is-only-node=\"\">Mr. Mohammad Al-Aqra, Director General of Education, emphasized the importance of this workshop and the crucial role that school principals play in protecting the educational institution, fostering active societal values, and preparing a generation that is resilient, committed, and capable of overcoming shocks and contributing to the process of nation-building.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>7-5-2025 Wednesday.
