Nafs for Empowerment implemented a workshop about psycho- social pressure targeting the students of Ramallah Teachers College. The workshop was implemented by traier Nasser Mattar, director- general of Nafs for Empowerment with t hesupport of both Ms. Mai Dmeidi and Ms. Raghad Ladadwa in coordination with students deanship at the college, Dr. Tareq esh- Sheikh. The workshop included a series of theoretical and practical activities to provide participants with space to debrief pressure and develop their capacity to deal with psychological pressure and trauma. Trainees were supported to learn new techniques and skills to know themselves as well as know their rights and identify their needs. The trainer encouraged the trainees to fulfill their responsibilities towards themselves and towards their community as well.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
