The workshop took place in the Tourist Village in Jericho which was done by the effort of the coordinators Abrar Jaber and Leen Sa\u2019adeh for the instructors. . The workshop includes explanatory speech from the Head of Education Program Muawiya Amar and his Vice President of the program Mohammad Salameh, the Head of Education in Jerusalem Osama Abu Al-Baha, Head of Education in Nablus Hassan Ramadan and Ibrahim Dahleh the Professional Development Coordinator. The workshop included a set of theoretical, practical, and psychological activities aimed to increase human communication and working on a team to acquire new skills to solve problems, and confronting self-violence as Mandela\u2019s methodology, to relive stress to confront psychological crises and violence.
