As part of the Enhancing Community Resilience and Protection Project – SUMUD, psychosocial support sessions were implemented for caregivers at Al-Ikhwa Club in Tubas. The sessions aimed to enhance participants’ understanding of stress and develop practical coping strategies to reduce its impact on daily life.

The sessions included interactive activities and group discussions that provided participants with a safe space to express their experiences and share the challenges they face. Relaxation exercises, deep breathing techniques, and activities addressing overthinking were also conducted, contributing to a supportive environment that fostered calmness, mutual support, and emotional relief among the women.

Participants showed positive engagement throughout the sessions and highlighted the importance of these activities in helping them manage daily psychological stress while strengthening their resilience and coping abilities.
