Enhancing Community Resilience and Protection Project – SUMUD
As part of the project activities in Nablus, the first session was implemented at the Palestinian Child Happiness Association, marking a dynamic start focused on building connections and fostering group cohesion through interactive and engaging activities.
The session focused on building trust, introducing the program’s objectives, and providing an initial overview of stress management and relaxation techniques. Interactive activities—such as introductions, expectations and fears, and expression exercises—helped create a sense of connection and meaningful engagement among participants.
The session witnessed strong and positive interaction, with participants showing openness in sharing their experiences and emotions, laying a solid foundation for the program and encouraging continued engagement in upcoming sessions.
A first step toward building a supportive community network that strengthens psychological resilience and empowers women on their path toward well-being.
