As part of ongoing efforts to strengthen community-based psychosocial support, the Nafs for Empowerment team implemented a series of specialized activities in Beit Ijza, targeting 22 women, in partnership with the Palestinian Red Crescent Society – Community Work Department.

These activities created an interactive and engaging environment where participants were encouraged to share their experiences and learn from one another. The sessions focused on reducing stress levels, promoting self-care practices, and fostering a deeper understanding of mental health and its role in everyday life. In addition, participants were equipped with practical psychosocial support skills to help them navigate daily challenges with greater confidence and resilience.

Participants expressed strong appreciation for the initiative, highlighting its positive impact on their well-being and emphasizing the importance of sustaining such programs for their lasting benefits at both individual and community levels.
