From September 26 to October 4, we implemented the FAIR training course, which brought together young workers, facilitators, and volunteers from various Euro-Med countries in a collective learning journey aimed at strengthening organizations’ capacities to build fairer and more equitable partnerships in the field of international youth work.
🌿 Throughout the week, the space served as an opportunity for reflection and dialogue on the meaning of working within the Euro-Mediterranean context — what defines this shared space? What values guide our cooperation? And how can we build professional relationships and partnerships based on mutual understanding and balance in roles and responsibilities?
🌍 Through exchanging experiences and perspectives, participants discovered new ways to collaborate across borders, drawing on the power of cultural and social diversity as a foundation for shared learning and collective transformation.
