Implementing a workshop on communication and psychological pressures at the American Academy for Teachers in Nablus. The workshop, which was implemented by trainer Nasser Matar, included many theoretical and practical activities and events aimed at raising the efficiency of workers and enhancing their abilities to confront the psychological, social and economic pressures that society suffers from. This workshop comes within a series of advanced professional workshops to develop the skills of teachers working in the academy and increase motivation. The trainees thanked the school for its interest in enhancing and developing their skills, relieving pressure on them and raising the efficiency of workers.
