In a safe and supportive environment, adolescent girls from the “Friendship Family” group continued participating in psychosocial support sessions implemented by Nafs for Empowerment in partnership with Americares in Al-Mawasi – Golden Sands Camp. The sessions are part of ongoing efforts to promote mental well-being, resilience, and social connectedness among vulnerable adolescents.

The session focused on the “Life Line” activity, which provided participants with an opportunity to reflect on significant moments in their lives and explore the experiences that have shaped their personal journeys. The activity emphasized that challenges and difficult experiences are part of personal growth and can become sources of strength, resilience, and hope for the future.

Through guided discussions and interactive exercises, the girls were encouraged to express their emotions, share their future aspirations, and engage in meaningful dialogue within a safe and accepting environment. The session contributed to strengthening self-confidence, reducing emotional stress, enhancing communication and cooperation skills, and fostering mutual support and positive relationships among participants.
