After a journey of more than two and a half years of learning, collaboration, and partnership with organizations and young people from across the Euro-Mediterranean region, we successfully concluded the final event of the FAIR Project, bringing together youth workers and practitioners, as well as individuals interested in international cooperation and youth development.

During the event, we reflected on the project’s key milestones and achievements throughout its implementation and shared the outcomes and tools developed in partnership with organizations, experts, and youth work practitioners from across the region, including:

✨ The Values Booklet for Euro-Mediterranean Youth Cooperation
✨ The Competence Model for Youth Workers
✨ The Training Guide designed to support the professional development of youth workers and strengthen educational practices across diverse contexts

The event also provided a valuable space for dialogue, exchange of experiences, and discussions on the current realities and future of youth work, highlighting the importance of building equitable and sustainable partnerships across the Euro-Mediterranean region.

We extend our sincere gratitude to all partners, experts, youth workers, and participants who contributed to this journey and to the development of these valuable resources. We hope that the project’s outcomes will continue to support and strengthen youth work and regional cooperation in the years to come.

Together, we close an important chapter of this journey and open new horizons for collaboration, learning, and action for and with young people.
