Enhancing Community Resilience and Protection Project – SUMUD
As part of the project activities in Nablus, at Yafa Cultural Center in partnership with Tanweer Association, the first session for caregivers was successfully implemented, marking an important starting point toward building a safe and supportive environment for women.
The session focused on fostering connection and trust among participants through carefully designed interactive activities that encouraged open communication and mutual understanding. It also introduced the program’s objectives and framework, while creating space to explore participants’ expectations, concerns, and lived challenges.
Group activities were facilitated to strengthen collaboration and a sense of belonging, alongside guided discussions on practical approaches to managing daily stress, contributing to improved psychosocial well-being for caregivers.
This session represents the first step in a comprehensive process aimed at empowering women, enhancing resilience, and creating safe spaces for shared learning and community support.
