As part of the Community Resilience and Protection Enhancement Project – Sumoud, a specialized training based on the Team Up methodology was implemented in the city of Nablus, targeting the team of specialists and volunteers working across the northern West Bank at Nafs for Empowerment. The training served as a professional and reflective space to deepen understanding of psychosocial support for children and to strengthen the integration of theoretical knowledge with practical application through structured, hands-on activities that simulate real field settings.
The training focused directly on equipping participants with clear and practical tools to facilitate psychosocial support sessions for children, implement interactive activities that foster a sense of safety and belonging, and respond to various psychological reactions in a sensitive and informed manner. It also aimed to harmonize working approaches among team members and enhance coordination, ensuring more coherent and effective interventions that positively impact children and their families across the northern West Bank.
