As part of the “Strengthening Community Resilience and Protection – Sumoud” Project,
an intensive training on Case Management was conducted in the city of Nablus over the course of five consecutive days, with the participation of specialists and volunteers from across the northern West Bank.
The training aimed to enhance participants’ knowledge and practical skills in case management by introducing key concepts, assessment tools, and follow-up and referral mechanisms, ensuring the delivery of professional, needs-based interventions that adhere to protection standards.
This training comes as part of the preparation to empower participants to manage cases and provide support to individuals and families in need in the northern West Bank, within an approach that emphasizes integrated response, human dignity, and quality of services provided.
