As part of the psychosocial and legal support project for Palestinian families in Jenin Governorate and the northern areas of the Jordan Valley, implemented with support from the joint Sawasiya 3 Programme through the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP), Nafs for Empowerment conducted a life skills session targeting adolescents.

The session engaged 16 adolescents aged 12–15 and focused on developing leadership, cooperation, trust, and empathy through interactive activities and group games designed to meet the developmental needs of the target age group.

The session provided a safe and supportive environment that encouraged self-expression and teamwork. Participants demonstrated positive engagement and a high level of interaction, contributing to the enhancement of their psychosocial well-being and the development of essential life skills.

Nafs for Empowerment reaffirms its commitment to providing safe spaces and quality programs that promote adolescents’ mental health, strengthen their capacities, and support positive coping and resilience.
