Psychological Support Sessions Strengthening Women’s Resilience

Nafas for Empowerment continues to implement psychological support sessions at the Rafat Women’s Center, targeting women who face daily psychological pressures stemming from life challenges and surrounding social conditions.

The sessions focus on helping participants identify sources of psychological stress and understand their impact, while providing practical strategies that enhance coping skills and boost psychological immunity.
These sessions also create a safe, shared space that enables women to express their experiences and learn tools that support restoring emotional balance and strengthening resilience.

This initiative comes as part of Nafas for Empowerment’s efforts to provide community based psychological support services, aiming to enhance mental well-being and build capacities that allow individuals to face stress in healthy and sustainable ways.
