Our teams continue to implement psychosocial support sessions for women in Al-Yasmeen and Al-Amal Camps, aiming to enhance mental health awareness and provide participants with practical tools to manage daily stressors.

1. Session Focus Areas
The recent sessions addressed the following themes:
• Discussing challenges related to time management and the difficulty of creating personal space for self-care.
• Introducing a reflective question on the last time participants bought something for themselves, raising awareness around self-kindness.
• Providing practical emotional-release techniques, including:
– Writing and tearing the paper
– Walking
– Drawing
– Allowing oneself to cry without suppression
• Launching a challenge for the next session, encouraging each woman to bring a small item she purchased for herself.

2. Participant Engagement
The sessions witnessed strong engagement, with women openly sharing personal experiences and discussing pressures related to motherhood and daily responsibilities. The interactive activities fostered trust, connection, and mutual support among participants.
