As part of the “Horizons of Recovery” project, and in partnership with Americares, Nafs for Empowerment organized a three-day youth camp titled “Horizons of Recovery: A Journey Toward Self and Hope” in Bethlehem – Tal Al-Qamar Tent, Dar Salah Municipality.
The camp brought together young Palestinians between the ages of 18 and 30 for an experience of connection, reflection, and renewal.
Amid the daily challenges that weigh on Palestinian youth, the camp offered a safe and supportive space for participants to breathe, reconnect with themselves, and rediscover balance between pain and hope.
The program included a variety of interactive workshops and creative sessions focusing on psychosocial well-being, stress management, self-awareness, teamwork, and community engagement.
Participants also enjoyed drama and theater sessions, nature walks, and evening team-building activities that fostered communication, trust, and joy.
